Pastor Doug has been joyfully married to his beautiful wife, Candice, for 29 years. They have two wonderful adult children who continue to bring them endless joy. With over 30 years of ministry experience, Doug has had the privilege of serving the Lord in LA, Seoul, Korea, the NJ–NY area, and now—by God’s grace—back in LA. His heart beats for discipling and equipping God’s people to live out their calling with passion and purpose. His constant prayer is that anyone he meets would walk away loving Jesus more, becoming more like Him, and doing what Jesus does—more and more! When he’s not serving the church, you’ll probably find Doug taking long walks with Candice or spending quality time with family. A very close second? Discipling others in Christ… preferably over a great meal or a good cup of coffee. If Doug could step back in time and talk with anyone in the Bible (besides Jesus, of course), he’d choose Daniel. “I want to learn how to navigate life with the godliness, courage, wisdom, and effectiveness Daniel showed—even while living as a captive in Babylon.

Pastor Jacob has been serving at New Life Vision Church since 2010. He first spent four years pastoring the youth, then transitioned to shepherding the college ministry. Since 2017, he has had the joy of serving as the Associate Pastor at the Bridge. He holds a Master of Divinity from Talbot School of Theology and has been pastoring since 2007. Jacob has been joyfully married to his wife, Joy, since 2018. They have two energetic little girls, Evelyn and Ivy, who fill their home with laughter and keep life fun and lively. When he is not serving the church, Jacob loves spending time with his family, cheering for the Dodgers and Lakers, and playing sports.
